AMPLIFIER & WIRING RECOMMENDATIONS
Use a quality 4 AWG OFC power and ground kit, solid low-resistance grounding, and proper fusing. Route RCA cables away from high-current power wiring, and make sure the vehicle’s charging system can maintain stable voltage when the amplifier is being driven hard.
Bridged operation requires a minimum 4-ohm load. Standard warranty coverage is down to 2 ohms per channel in stereo operation when all warranty requirements are met.
Operation below 11V and excessive clipping are not covered under warranty. Use the clip indicator as a warning tool and leave enough gain headroom for musical peaks and voltage changes.

Can I bridge the 800.4?
Yes. It is rated for 440W × 2 bridged at a 4-ohm load. Do not wire a bridged channel pair below 4 ohms.
What makes the 800.4 different from the Micro 800.4?
The full-size 800.4 uses the larger Korean Class-D platform, Tiffany-style RCA inputs, clip-light function, and the wider crossover system with the x10 multiplier. The Micro 800.4 prioritizes installation size and compact packaging.
What does the clip light do?
It gives you a visual warning when the amplifier output is clipping. It is useful during gain setup, but gains should still be set with headroom so normal music peaks do not drive the system into sustained clipping.
What can void warranty coverage?
Warranty does not cover vibration damage, wire or debris inside the amplifier, wiring below the covered impedance, external RCA damage, excessive clipping, or operation below 11V. Full warranty terms apply.
