The EM 2.5k 18 is our daily low-end monster. It handles 2,500W of continuous power and over 10,000W on burps, with enough motor force for daily, SQL and SPL use. A vented pole and direct vent cooling keep temperatures under control, 10″ progressive spiders keep the moving assembly under mechanical control, and a stitched Mega roll surround holds everything together at extreme excursion. The aluminum Ti frame is designed for high excursion, airflow and clearance.

Every EM Audio subwoofer is hand built to order in North Carolina. Custom orders take a minimum of 15 business days to build and are final sale. Custom powder-coat frame and dustcap colors, a stiffer spider pack, direct 8 ga. OFC leads and custom dustcap logo text are available as options above. Real carbon fiber dust caps are in Dust Caps. Recone kits are available for every model we make, so a blown sub is a rebuild, not a replacement.
