The EM 6.5 is our compact subwoofer for spaces a normal sub will never fit. A 55 oz single-slug motor with a super bumped backplate and a 2″ American-made copper coil give it 300W RMS of real power handling and 2,000W on burps (proven clamped power), with a tall roll stitched surround and a stitched-in single lead for durability. If you want real bass in a tight spot, this is the sub.

Sealed: 0.3 cu ft. Ported: 0.4 cu ft, tuned to 39 Hz. 4th and 6th order friendly. These sizes are for rated power. If you compete or run over rated power, work with your box designer, or run the numbers in our box calculator.
Every EM Audio subwoofer is hand built to order in North Carolina. Custom orders take a minimum of 15 business days to build and are final sale. Custom powder-coat frame and dustcap colors are available as an option above. Real carbon fiber dust caps are in Dust Caps. Recone kits are available for every model we make, so a blown sub is a rebuild, not a replacement.
